About the role
n
MSS Security is seeking Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport. In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport workplace.
n
Duties
n
n
Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal
n
Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently
n
Maintain a high standard of customer service
n
Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check
n
Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)
n
Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication




n
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours
n
24/7 availability required
n
Master licence – *****
