Our client is a rapidly expanding, award‐winning organisation providing emergency roadside assistance services to drivers across Australia and New Zealand 24/7. They work with leading automotive manufacturers, major insurance groups and fleet management groups, delivering premium customer service. The role of Regional Manager, within the Network Provider division, is accountable for contract management and driving the end‐to‐end provision of motoring assistance services via a large and diverse network of contracted service providers within the region (QLD / SA / NT / VIC).

In addition to reviewing, developing and implementing strategic changes to improve the performance and expansion of these providers, you will support the changing business environment to deliver business objectives in respect to service delivery and commercial effectiveness. A strong focus on compliance and knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, secure work practices, quality and relevant policies and procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage internal and external stakeholders, working closely with other roadside delivery parts of the business to achieve a common goal and improve overall performance.
n
Review, develop and implement strategic changes to improve provider performance and enable expansion.
n




Ensure service delivery aligns with business objectives and commercial effectiveness.
n
Demonstrate excellent relationship building, influencing capability, attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
Maintain compliance with SOPs, safe work practices, quality standards and relevant policies and procedures.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Impeccable record with credibility and experience in contractor management.
n
Strong systems experience and a track record of working through large tender processes to secure providers.
n
Experience introducing best‐in‐class technology for online provider management systems.
n
