Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Specialist to join our Communications & Engagement team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is based at our North Parramatta office.
n
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Web Specialist to manage and maintain CSPD's online presence. This role involves website design and development, content updates, SEO optimisation, performance monitoring, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate has a balanced mix of technical skills, design sensibility, and digital marketing awareness.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage CSPD and school websites, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, performance and ongoing improvements
n
Design and deliver digital projects, including campaigns and third-party integrations
n
Create user-centric design and functionality across digital platforms (CMS, intranet, apps, etc.)
n
Monitor and analyse website traffic and performance to recommend and implement enhancements
n
Stay current with digital trends and best practices to maintain an innovative web presence
n
Develop and maintain SEO strategies and web standards
n
Provide strategic digital advice and support to the Marketing Manager
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in website management or digital content roles
n
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore XP or similar)
n




Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools
n
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or Canva
n
Excellent communication and project management skills
n
