About the Organisation

A leading property sector organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to drive the optimisation and continuous improvement of its core financial systems Yardi and TM1.
n
The Role
n
You'll partner with Finance and Business teams to maximise system value, improve user adoption, deliver enhancements, and resolve technical challenges. This is a hands-on role that blends technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, directly contributing to business performance.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Ensure effective and consistent use of Yardi and TM1 across the business.
n
Lead training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives.
n
Manage the full lifecycle of enhancement requests.
n




Partner with IT and vendors to deliver system improvements.
n
Translate business requirements into practical solutions.
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience with Yardi and TM1 (configuration, reporting, enhancements).
n
Strong understanding of finance processes, ideally in property or investment management.
n
Skilled in managing enhancements, training users, and documenting requirements.
n
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
n
Collaborative, proactive, and able to engage with stakeholders effectively.
