About the role:

Drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts
n
Advising on estate planning strategies for blended families, high-net-worth individuals, and clients with corporate structures
n
Creating powers of attorney and enduring guardianships
n
Guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process
n
Structuring charitable giving and succession planning solutions
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
4–8 years' post-admission experience in front-end Wills & Estates
n
Strong drafting and advisory skills
n
Tech-savvy and client-focused
n
Enjoy working in a dynamic, non-traditional legal setting
n
n
