Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools to research, analyse, and improve internal systems and processes
n
Assist in developing workflows across quoting, production, and quality
n
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps
n
Support automation and streamlining of repetitive tasks
n
Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
n
Assist in implementing process improvements and tracking outcomes
n
Support data organisation, reporting, and basic analysis
n
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and feedback

Contribute to building scalable systems and operational frameworks
