Act for a range of premier local, national, and international clients.

Manage banking and finance matters including corporate and acquisition finance, securitisation, structured trade and commodity finance, private debt and special situations, and real estate investment and development finance.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you will be a banking and finance lawyer with 3 - 7 years of experience.
More senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.

This role will suit a driven and motivated associate or senior associate level lawyer who is confident in dealing with clients face to face. You will enjoy working in a high-performing and collaborative team and be provided with genuine career progression opportunities.
