The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in ****.

We're now looking for experienced and passionate Supervisors to join our opening Front of House leadership team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.
n
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading service, supporting and developing the floor team, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality in a high-volume premium dining environment.
n
Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you'll help drive service standards, team culture and smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.

What we're looking for




n
n
Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in a busy, premium dining restaurant
n
Strong wine knowledge and confident upselling/pairing skills
n
Natural leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
n
Sound understanding of modern award frameworks, compliance, and WHS
n
A genuine passion for service and an appreciation for quality food and wine
n
Availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
Valid RSA
n
