Internal Sales / Customer Service role within the plumbing and water sector. Great team, hybrid working and no sales targets.

What will you do?
n
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, processing orders and making sure they receive the best possible service.

Your day will include:

Processing customer orders.
n
Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
n
Providing updates on orders and deliveries.
n
Preparing quotations.
n
Building strong relationships with existing customers.
n
Working closely with the warehouse and wider team to ensure customers are looked after.
n

What will you need?
n
n




Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or order processing.
n
Ideally, a background working in plumbing, irrigation, water or industrial distribution sectors.
n
Confidence using ERP or CRM systems.
n
Full working rights without requiring sponsorship.
n
n
