Job Description
I'm partnering with a well-established tiling and waterproofing contractor delivering works for large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and remedial projects across Greater Sydney. They are now seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Site Foreman to join their growing team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate and supervise tiling and waterproofing works across multiple projects
n
Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to resolve technical queries
n
Conduct QA inspections, manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and ensure compliance with project specifications and Australian Standards
n
Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
n
Prepare site reports, maintain project documentation, and assist with project planning and site meetings
n
n
Requirements
n
n
2+ years' experience as a Site Engineer or Site Foreman within the construction industry,



direct experience delivering tiling and waterproofing packages on Class 2 apartment projects will be highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), scopes of work, quality assurance processes, and tiling and waterproofing trade practices.
n
Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
n
n
