Advance Your Career as a Senior Control Systems Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Control Systems Engineerto join our dynamic and growing team in Mackay. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering cutting-edge automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work
n
Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions
n
Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
n
Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
n
Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
n

What You Bring:
n
n
A minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar environments
n
Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
n
Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks

A current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
n
Demonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systems
n
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
