THE ROLE
n
Leading a team of 7 lawyers together with 2 paralegals, your duties will include:
n
n
Driving the transformation of the firm's knowledge assets into strategic, AI-enabled capabilities.
n
Develop and execute the firm's enterprise knowledge strategy in alignment with AI, client value, and productivity objectives.
n
Lead the structuring, classification, and governance of legal knowledge to improve AI retrieval, accuracy, and reuse.
n
Manage knowledge, innovation, and quality projects in collaboration with relevant departments.
n
Communicate knowledge and innovation initiatives across practice groups, partners, and the wider firm.
n
Identify opportunities to productise legal knowledge and enhance client delivery.
n




Support the development of client‐facing knowledge solutions.
n
Lead and develop a high‐performing knowledge function.
n
Convene and chair meetings of the Knowledge Partner group.
n
Facilitate regular knowledge meetings to ensure consistency in policy and content development across the firm.

YOU
n
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in knowledge management, gained either in legal practice or across broader professional services. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, an innovative mindset, and hands‐on experience with knowledge management technologies, particularly Generative AI.
