Role Overview
n
Managers will own a client portfolio, lead a team, and drive client engagement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals)
n
Lead special projects such as succession planning and tax planning
n




Provide tax compliance and advisory services
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
Collaborate with Directors on client strategy and growth
n
Oversee workflow, deadlines, and team performance
n
Mentor and develop junior accountants
n
Coordinate with clients and the ATO on compliance matters
n
Manage GST reconciliations and BAS lodgements
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Proven experience in Australian tax and business advisory (essential)
n
4–5+ years in public practice or accounting firm environment
n
CA/CPA/CTA qualified or in progress
n
Robust technical skills in tax compliance and financial reporting
n
Excellent client‐facing and communication skills
n
Leadership capability or readiness to step into a manager role
n
Willingness to relocate or be based in regional WA (Esperance, Narrogin, Wagin)
n
Experience or interest in agribusiness is highly regarded (especially for Narrogin/Wagin)
n
