Experience: 5+ years experience in Service Catalog
development/administration/implementation/configuration
using the ServiceNow ITSM solution.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Responsible for
developing/administering
technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform for design and catalog development
n
Understands the differences between the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform and apply experience to complete the analysis
n
Positive practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
n
Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
n
Consults with Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
n
Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
n




Advises on options, risks, s and impacts on business/ITIL processes
n
Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical
n
n
Primary Skills
n
n
Working knowledge of ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Client Scripting, UI
n
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
n
ITIL/ServiceNow certified
n
n
Desired Skills
n
n
Hands‐on integrations experience with third‐party tools/applications with ServiceNow using plugins & custom integrations
n
MID Server configurations for integrations & data pull
n
Discovery, Asset Management, CMDB knowledge & experience
n
Non‐ITSM application development experience is an added advantage
n
Understand the full application lifecycle
n
Desired past work experience with industry‐leading providers of ITSM tools
n
