Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures. You'll partner with experienced Territory Managers, gain hands‐on clinical and commercial experience, and develop the technical expertise needed to succeed in a high‐performance healthcare environment.

What You Will Do
n
n
Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
n
Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
n
Learn and support MAKO robotic‐assisted surgery technology.
n
Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
n
Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
n
Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
n
Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
n
Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.
n

What You Will Need
n
Required Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
n
Valid driver's licence.
n
Ability to travel regularly throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia.
n
Ability to work in operating theatre environments.
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, pharmaceuticals, sales, engineering, or a customer‐facing role.
n
Experience supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical setting.
n
Experience coordinating equipment, inventory, logistics, or project‐based activities.
n
Exposure to orthopaedics, surgery, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or implantable medical devices.
