Job Description
Samsung C&T; is seeking an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager to lead the preparation and coordination of major Civil Infrastructure tenders across Australia. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in securing landmark major projects across roads, rail, port & marine, dam, pumped hydro and airport infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end pre-contracts and tender process for major infrastructure opportunities.
n
Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
n
Develop winning tender strategies, methodologies and commercial submissions.
n
Manage tender programmes, deliverables and governance to ensure high-quality submissions.
n
Identify project risks and opportunities while supporting successful contract negotiations.
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience managing major civil infrastructure tenders and bids.
n
Strong understanding of procurement, contracts and project delivery models.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
n
Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
