Due to rapid growth (30% in the last two years), an opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to join their audit division based out of their CBD office. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role, manage the audit portfolio, and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

About the Role:
n
As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and your team to ensure high-quality service delivery while also coaching and developing junior staff.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Managing end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio
n
Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing guidance and technical expertise
n
Reviewing audit work papers and ensuring compliance with Australian auditing standards
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships,



providing insights and value-added services
n
Identifying and addressing technical accounting and audit issues
n
Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth
n
n
About You:
n
n
Minimum 5+ years of external audit experience in an Australian accounting firm
n
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
n
Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards
n
Experience managing audit engagements and mentoring junior staff
n
Excellent client relationship management skills
n
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
