About theRole
n
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and person-centred Support Worker to provide dedicated support to a participant living in Kerford, Rochester and as well as around the Echuca area.
n
This role focuses on supporting one individual to live a meaningful, independent, and fulfilling life while promoting choice, dignity, inclusion, and human rights. You will build a strong professional relationship with the participant, supporting their daily living activities, community participation, health and wellbeing, and personal goals.
n
The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to empowering people with disability to achieve the life they want and choose.

You have adaptable availability for at least 5 Days, on a 24/7 rotating roster.

You are eager to learn and willing to provide compassionate personal care.

You believe everyone deserves access to a full and joyful life.
n
You are willing to obtain a First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.

You have a valid driver's license and an insured car to support people on their adventures.
