Job Details
Based in Bankstown, on the lands of the Dharug Peoples; community outreach & hybrid working conditions
Full‐time, max‐term until March ****
Competitive salary + super + salary packaging up to $18,550

Key Responsibilities
Deliver supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goals, using evidence‐informed best practice
Use assessments, observations, and child development knowledge to tailor support options for each child and family
Empower families, caregivers, and professionals, building their skills and confidence through coaching in everyday environments
Connect children and families with their community to support inclusion and meaningful participation
Maintain thorough and accurate records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals within the NDIA business system
Guide families through the NDIS journey, including application, implementation, and funding processes
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
Current AHPRA registration (OT) or Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
Expert knowledge of child development with the ability to identify developmental concerns
A proven track record supporting children and families with developmental delays and disabilities,



including practical strategies for use at home and in other settings
Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach, early childhood intervention best‐practice principles, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
