The Role
n
Working closely with the Brisbane Director, you will deliver Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of sectors while taking on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

You Will Be Involved In
n
n
Client advisory and stakeholder management
n
Site visits and client meetings
n
Cost planning and cost analysis
n
Procurement and tender documentation
n
Bills of quantities and budget preparation
n
Financial reviews and lifecycle costing
n
Cash flow forecasting
n
Assisting with business development where appropriate
n
n
About You
n
n
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
n
Experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, aviation, retail or similar
n
CostX experience
n
Robust communication and commercial acumen
n
Keen to take ownership and progress your career
