The opportunity
n
This is a hands‐on coding and agent development role — not strategy or vendor management.
n
You'll be embedded in the People function, building and deploying AI solutions that improve how the business handles careers, performance, and goal‐setting, starting with a focused 6–12 month roadmap.
n

Build and test AI agents for HR use cases — chatbots, workflow automation, and more
n
Lead discovery, prototyping, and pilot projects before scaling solutions
n
Integrate AI into platforms including Workday, Microsoft Copilot, and Teams
n
Act as the bridge between People, IT, and Digital teams for scalable, secure AI delivery
n
Apply ethical AI principles — privacy, fairness, and accountability at every step
n




Monitor market trends and recommend new AI applications as the function evolves
n
2+ years hands‐on experience developing agentic AI solutions
n
Strong understanding of automation and AI workflow design
n
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
n
Experience in pilot testing and scaling digital solutions
n
n
Nice to have
n
n
Familiarity with Workday, Copilot, Teams etc
n
Knowledge of HR systems
n
Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks
n
