You'll manage your own portfolio while working alongside an experienced team and receiving strong support.
With no weekends, no BDM and no accounts responsibilities, this role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to focus on what you do best — Property Management.

Your responsibilities will include:



Managing your own residential portfolio Liaising with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance Managing rent increases and reviews Handling tenant and landlord enquiries Liaising with trades and contractors Ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally Assisting with a small commercial portfolio Working closely with the wider Property Management team About You: Previous Property Management or Leasing experience is essential Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Current driver's licence and reliable car Robust communication and organisational skills Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades Excellent attention to detail Professional and reliable approach Ability to work independently while being part of a team To Apply: Please call Lara Abbott on ************ for more information or email your CV to ****** .
