Reporting to the Head
ofNeverfailFinance,you
'llpartner closely with Supply Chain leaders toprovidetrusted financial advice, commercial insights and decision support that drives business performance. This role will play a key part in
helpingNeverfaildeliver
against its strategic priorities through robust financial
planning,analysisand
reporting.
n
You'llwork across budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, capitalplanningand long-range planning, while supporting business leaders
toidentifyopportunities,
manage risk and improve operational performance.
n
full-time permanent role based in North Sydney,NSW or Heatherton, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain leaders toprovidetrusted financial advice,
commercialinsightsand
decision support.
n
Deliveraccurateandtimelyfinancial
reporting,
budgeting,forecastingand
long-range planning activities.
n
Analyse business performance and provide recommendations that optimise profitability and operational outcomes.
n
Support capital investment planning through robust financial analysis and business case development.
n
Identifyrisks and opportunities
andprovideactionable
insights to support decision-making.
n
Partner with the business on strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
n
Drive continuous improvement across financial
processes,reportingand
performance management.
n
Influence business decisions through clear communication of financial insights and recommendations.
n




Build strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain and the
widerNeverfailleadership
team.
n
Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative and commercially focused team culture.
n

About You
n
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business to turn data into action. You build trusted relationships quickly, communicate confidently with stakeholders and have a proactive approach to solving problems and driving performance.
n
In addition, you will have:
n
n
Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
n
Strong financial
modelling,budgetingand
forecasting capability.
n
Ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
n
Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to influence outcomes.
n
Solid analytical,problem-solvingand decision-making skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
n
CA,CPAor equivalent
qualificationrequired.
n
Advanced Excel skills with Power BI and ERP system experience desirable.
n
