Switchboard Assembly Roles Assembly of electrical switchboard components Hands-on, repetitive production work Requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow detailed work instructions and assembly processes Consistent focus on quality and accuracy Generally less physically demanding than the fabrication areas Suitable for candidates with assembly,
