About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team of approximately 5-7 , drive commercial performance and create an energetic environment on the shop floor.
This is not a back-office leadership role.
You'll be visible, hands-on and actively selling alongside your team.
You'll be responsible for: Driving sales and the store's key KPIs Coaching the team around service, conversion and commercial performance Leading from the front during busy trade Building confidence and capability within the team Creating genuine customer connections across a diverse demographic Supporting daily store operations, standards and stock Stepping up and taking ownership when the Store Manager is away You'll also be supported with a structured onboarding program and 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins , giving you the tools and support to build confidence quickly.
What You'll Bring We're looking for personality just as much as experience.
You'll be:



High energy, bubbly and confident Comfortable talking numbers, targets and KPIs A natural people leader who enjoys coaching on the floor Sales and service focused Empathetic and able to adapt your approach to different customers Commercial without losing the human side of customer service Motivated by progression and keen to build your retail career Previous retail leadership experience will be highly regarded, however we're also open to candidates coming from hospitality or other quick-paced service environments who can demonstrate strong leadership, customer engagement and commercial drive.
