Our CBD-based client and high-profile national industry body has a permanent full time opportunity for a Social Media Manager to work within a marketing and content team and deliver content across education, membership, and event products.
n
The successful applicant will drive social media strategy to grow engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support lead generation across education, membership, and events.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Develop the social media strategy and plan with clear objectives aimed at driving engagement and growth across all key channels
n
Oversee all paid and organic social media initiatives
n
Create engaging social content that resonates with key target audiences
n
Collaborate with the company's media agency to align paid strategies with organic efforts
n
Manage the social media content calendar to enhance the customer experience
n
Oversee the creative direction and tone of social content
n
Work collaboratively across the business to align the social media content plan.
n
n
Key requirements include:
n
n
A minimum of 4 years' experience driving and executing social media strategies
n
Strong analytical skills with a focus on goal-setting, audience insights, and data-driven content optimisation
n
Exceptional content creator with a knack for crafting engaging, brand-aligned copy
n
Proficient in using social media management tools for scheduling,



monitoring, analysing, and reporting
n
An understanding of social algorithms and the agility to adapt to changes for maximum impact
n
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
n
n
