About the Role We're looking for a Visual Design Senior Analyst to join our team and help bring insights, strategy and customer understanding to life through exceptional visual communication.
Working closely with researchers, strategists and consultants, you'll transform complex information into clear, engaging and impactful visual outputs that help clients understand key findings and take action with confidence.
From designing insight reports and executive presentations to creating visual frameworks, infographics and workshop materials, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our work is both intellectually rigorous and visually compelling.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complexity and working at the intersection of data, storytelling and design.
What You'll Do Design visually compelling reports, presentations and client deliverables that communicate research findings and strategic recommendations.
Transform complex data, customer insights and business challenges into engaging visual stories.
Create infographics, diagrams, frameworks and visualisations that simplify information and improve understanding.
Collaborate with researchers, strategists and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop client-ready presentation materials for workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure all deliverables maintain high standards of visual quality,
consistency and accuracy.
Support the evolution of internal design assets, templates and storytelling approaches.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualification What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a design, creative, consulting, insights or agency environment.
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, presentation design and information design capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Solid PowerPoint presentation design skills.
Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling outputs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Curiosity about human behaviour, customer experience, brands and business challenges.
Bonus Skills Experience working within market research, insights, consulting or strategy environments.
Data visualisation experience.
Motion design or animation skills.
Experience designing workshop and facilitation materials.
Understanding of customer experience, behavioural science or design thinking approaches.
