Job Description Warehouse Supervisor - Permanent | $90K + Super Meadowbrook | $90,000 + Super | 6:00am-2:30pm | Permanent Full-Time Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front?
We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations across picking, despatch and drivers, with the support of the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Permanent full-time opportunity $90,000 + Super Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm Meadowbrook location Hands-on leadership role with genuine responsibility Support from an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager Prospect to lead multiple areas of a busy warehouse operation The Role Working closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately and on time.
Key duties will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse Leading and coordinating picking, despatch and driver teams Allocating staff and workloads to keep operations running efficiently Supervising, supporting and developing warehouse team members Monitoring productivity and ensuring daily targets and KPIs are achieved Overseeing goods receival,



storage and despatch Maintaining accurate stock levels and investigating discrepancies Coordinating cycle counts and stocktakes Ensuring orders are picked and despatched accurately and on time Identifying and resolving workflow issues Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and customer service Ensuring WHS policies and safe work practices are followed at all times What We're Looking For You'll be an experienced warehouse leader who can communicate confidently with different teams, stay organised when priorities change and lead by example.
Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse/distribution team Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication skills - essential for this role Experience managing multiple teams or warehouse functions Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory processes Experience with scanners and warehouse inventory systems Ability to work to schedules, deadlines and customer requirements Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Confident problem solver who can use initiative and make decisions Ability to maintain productivity while keeping safety front of mind Forklift licence highly regarded If you're an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a permanent role where you can take ownership of the day-to-day operation and lead a strong warehouse team, we'd love to hear from you.
