Experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Tax & Business Advisory

Our client is a boutique accounting and advisory firm led by two directors, looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing firm.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with robust Australian public practice experience who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and driving workflow.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Reviewing company, trust, partnership, superfund and individual tax returns
n
Reviewing annual fringe benefit tax returns & business activity statements
n
Ensure clients understand the implications of Division 7A & UPE requirements
n
Maintain, or create loan agreements, minimum repayments etc. or pay dividends
n
Review tax compliance work for individuals, companies, trusts and SMSFs
n
Manage a portfolio of $1 million in fees and act as a trusted adviser
n
Lead, mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff
n
Oversee workflow management, job allocation and deadlines
n




Ensure high-quality client service and technical compliance
n
n
About You:
n
n
7+ years' experience in Australian public practice, with several as manager
n
Strong technical tax and compliance knowledge
n
Proven client and team management skills
n
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
n
The ideal candidate will have a high-calibre skillset and experience
n
n
