About the Role
n
We're looking for a technical leader to drive our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative. In this role, you'll design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. Your expertise in Azure Cloud , DevOps practices , and workplace automation will be key to delivering high-quality development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver, uplift, and maintain high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments for enterprise-level development, testing, and production
n
Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization
n
Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows
n
Enhance visibility through dashboards and monitoring
n
Optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency
n
Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
8–10+ years of experience in Azure Cloud , environment engineering , or DevOps
n
Strong background in CI/CD , automation tools, and Agile methodologies
n
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Proven success in managing complex environments and engaging cross-functional teams
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation
n
