With a manageable portfolio, industry-leading systems, no weekend work and the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced Property Managers, this is a role where you can build your commercial expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity As Commercial Property Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 80 properties, growing to around 100 , predominantly comprising strata-title commercial properties across the Hills District.
You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager who will provide genuine one-on-one mentorship and support, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across all areas of commercial property management.
What You'll Be Doing Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately ****** commercial properties Oversee day-to-day property management and client relationships Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors Conduct property inspections Assist with lease negotiations and renewals Build strong relationships with landlords,
