You'll play a pivotal part in driving the continued growth of the Western Australian business, managing a national team of 10 Rehabilitation Consultants across WA and NSW (2 WA,



8 NSW).
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll mentor your team, strengthen client relationships, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future success of the WA region, with a high level of autonomy and genuine influence on strategy and growth.
Your Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10 Rehabilitation Consultants Drive the strategic growth of the WA portfolio Coach consultants to deliver strong return-to-work outcomes Oversee quality, compliance and file reviews Monitor team performance and productivity Build strong relationships with employers, insurers and key stakeholders Support business development and account growth Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture About You: Allied Health qualifications (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA registration) Minimum 3 years' Occupational Rehabilitation experience Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen A passion for developing people and growing businesses Current driver's license and access to a vehicle If you're looking for a leadership opportunity where you can genuinely influence people, clients and business growth, we'd love to hear from you, A pply today.
