About the Position This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to take the culinary lead across a high-profile hospitality and events operation.
Offering $110K-$140K + super , depending on experience, the role provides genuine scope to influence menus, develop a strong kitchen team, and deliver food across dining, functions, events, and larger-scale catering.
You'll work closely with senior management and the wider catering team to maintain high standards while bringing creativity and consistency to the operation.

Position Description Lead all kitchen operations across dining, functions, events, and catering Lead, mentor, and develop a large and diverse kitchen team Work closely with the catering and events team to deliver high-volume functions and special events Oversee food preparation, service execution,
