What You'll Be Doing As a Residential Care Attendant at Ceduna MPS, you'll provide hands-on personal care and daily living support to residential aged care clients, working within a small, dedicated team that genuinely knows its residents.
This is a casual, fixed-term position available until 30 June ****.
Assist residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living in line with individual care plans Observe and report changes in resident health,



behaviour, or wellbeing to nursing staff Support a secure, respectful, and homely environment that upholds each resident's independence and choice Contribute to a collaborative care team across a rural multi-purpose service setting What You'll Bring Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, or demonstrated relevant experience in a residential aged care setting Sound understanding of person-centred care principles Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of older people in rural communities Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts as part of a casual pool arrangement Life and Work in Ceduna Ceduna is located on the Far West Coast of South Australia and is known as the coastal gateway to the Nullarbor on the Eyre Peninsula, the home to beautiful beaches, fresh seafood and a fully serviced town centre.
