Job Description As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, medical specialists and internal teams by: Coordinate appointments and assessments – schedule assessments, manage appointment changes and ensure all required paperwork and information is completed ahead of consultations.
Be the welcoming face of Next Health – greet and assist staff, medical specialists, patients and visitors, creating a professional and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Provide exceptional customer service – manage the telephone switchboard and respond to incoming enquiries, ensuring callers receive timely assistance.
Manage communications – responding to enquiries within the Next Health inbox, and ensuring correspondence is actioned and directed appropriately.
Work closely with medical specialists – communicate appointment changes, provide relevant information and assist medical specialists with the documentation and resources they need to complete their assessments.
Maintain accurate records – ensure files, documentation and records are accurately maintained, organised and filed in line with Next Health standards.
Qualifications You'll bring: Experience in customer service, client services, account management or administration Experience managing appointments,



scheduling or customer bookings Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Exceptional attention to detail A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working with technology and online systems A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork Reliability, adaptability and a strong customer-first attitude Experience within the legal, insurance, medical or allied health industries - highly regarded Additional Information Why join us?
