About the role Advanced Clinical Practice: Perform MRI and CT imaging with a high level of autonomy, applying sound clinical judgement and technical expertise across complex imaging procedures while prioritising patient safety and comfort.
Patient-Centred Care: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each patient's needs, while maintaining accurate documentation, confidentiality, infection control and safety standards.
Collaboration Quality: Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to quality improvement, radiation safety, WHS initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of imaging services.
Leadership Development: Support student education and mentor junior staff while actively participating in CPD,
departmental training, research and evidence-based practice.
Make an Impact: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contribute to a positive team culture and help deliver excellent patient outcomes across the department.
About you Qualified Licensed: Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent), current AHPRA registration, and a valid NSW EPA Radiation License.
Clinical Expertise: Significant experience in Medical Imaging, with strong knowledge and hands-on skills in CT and MRI modalities.
Collaborative Independent: Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, inspiring and motivating colleagues while contributing to shared departmental goals.
Skilled Excellence: Committed to best practice, with proven ability in complex problem-solving, decision-making, and applying quality improvement, risk management, and WH S principles.
Communication Learning: High-level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, strong computer literacy, and active engagement in continuing professional development.
