YOUR IMPACT You will bring experience in Experienced Professional and Campus Recruiting, along with excellent candidate management skills, a high sense of ownership and self-drive and strong sourcing and pipelining skills.
You will be hands-on, pragmatic and dynamic, as well as a great team player who is excited by the opportunity to continue evolving our Associate recruiting program.
You will be based in Sydney, Australia and be part of a regional recruiting team.
Our recruitment team manages the delivery of exceptional talent to the firm from attraction and assessment through to selection and cultivation.
You will be responsible for leading our Associate recruiting efforts across Australia and New Zealand and will work with the leadership team to drive all aspects of the recruiting process.
You will develop recruitment strategies, build trust-based relationships with internal colleagues and work to quickly understand the local talent market.
You will manage the end-to-end attraction, assessment and offer process to ensure success of new hires.
You will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle, using an appropriate combination of attraction events, direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest.
You will have credible knowledge and skills with a strong commitment to performance excellence.
You will build collaborative and trusting relationships with campus representatives and a wide range of colleagues.
You will need to be proactive, goal driven and motivated by an entrepreneurial culture.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 3+ years end-to-end recruiting experience working closely with all levels of a business and senior stakeholders Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues at all levels within the organization Ability to influence and direct colleagues, and manage the needs of different stakeholders, including senior leaders Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills with ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives across different formats Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes Ability to lead creative direct sourcing strategies; Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel PowerPoint Flexibility to deal with last minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure and comfortable working with minimal direction; Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment Ability to work in-person and travel as needed (team schedules and office locations may vary) Ability to operate office equipment and handle transportation of materials or objects, when required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
