A leading communications and technology contractor is looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join its team near Tullamarine Airport .

$80K–$90K + Super.
The Role Reporting to the Service Systems Manager, you'll be at the centre of the operation, coordinating between clients, technicians, engineers, suppliers and Managed Service Providers .
You'll:



Manage Service Desk tickets from logging through to resolution.
Provide Level 1 technical support and escalate complex issues.
Coordinate technicians, suppliers and external service providers.
Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance.
Maintain service records, procedures and documentation.
Ensure tickets are progressed within agreed SLA requirements .
Support out-of-hours service coordination when required.
Work with Operations and Engineering to improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For IT Support, Service Desk, service coordination or similar experience.
Robust troubleshooting, organisation and communication skills.
Experience with ticketing/service management systems — Jira preferred .
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
Someone who wants to build a career beyond traditional IT support .
