An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior SEO Executive to join a leading global media and digital organisation in Melbourne.
This is a hands-on role combining SEO, generative search optimisation, analytics, reporting, client leadership and people development.
You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of SEO services across a portfolio of globally known clients, ensuring high-quality execution while helping junior specialists develop their capability.
What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day delivery across SEO, generative search, analytics and reporting.
Develop and execute Experience strategies aligned with client KPIs.
Build trusted client relationships and present insights and recommendations.
Manage and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and feedback.
Maintain quality, timelines and delivery standards across multiple accounts.
Manage client scopes, budgets and contracted hours.
Identify optimisation, innovation and account growth opportunities.
Collaborate with wider performance, strategy and specialist teams.
Improve workflows, templates and delivery processes across the team.




What We're Looking For You'll bring strong experience across SEO and digital performance, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment.
You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution and confident communicating technical or performance recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
We're particularly interested in candidates with: Strong SEO and technical search knowledge.
Exposure to generative/AI search and emerging search trends.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
Strong analytics, reporting and performance measurement capability.
Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.
Commercial awareness around scopes, budgets and account growth.
Solid presentation, stakeholder and client communication skills.
