About the Role As a Graduate Insurance Broker / Broking Assistant, you will work closely with experienced brokers and account managers, gaining exposure to all aspects of the insurance lifecycle, including: Assisting brokers with policy administration, renewals and endorsements Preparing quotations, documentation and submissions to insurers Liaising with insurers, underwriters and clients Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation Providing high-quality client service and day-to-day support You'll receive structured on-the-job training and support to complete relevant industry qualifications, setting you up for progression into a full broking role.
About You We're looking for a motivated and organised graduate who is keen to learn and grow within the insurance industry.




You will ideally have: A recent degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Communications or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Confidence working with systems and the Microsoft Office Suite A genuine interest in building a career in insurance broking No prior insurance experience is required — full training will be provided.
