Duties Responsibilities:



Manage on your own small portfolio of just 50 properties Portfolios are capped at ******* properties Conduct routine inspections Prepare forms and other admin duties Entry and exit condition reports Maintenance and repairs Perfect for a Property Manager wanting a small but growing portfolio, or an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant looking to step up!
