Ikon Electrical is an established and growing electrical contractor with a robust pipeline of commercial and multi-residential projects across South East Queensland.
With continued growth and secured work ahead, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Brisbane team.
THE ROLE You'll take ownership of a portfolio of electrical projects, typically ranging from $2M–$6M, working closely with an experienced leadership and site team.
You'll be responsible for: Managing projects from planning and procurement through to completion Programming, forecasting, cost control and commercial performance Variations and contract administration Leading Supervisors, Leading Hands and site teams Labour and subcontractor management Design coordination and constructability Managing builder, client and stakeholder relationships Project reporting, risk management and handover You'll have the autonomy to run your projects while still having the support and accessibility of a hands-on leadership team.




ABOUT YOU We're interested in speaking with experienced Electrical Project Managers who have built their career within electrical contracting and understand what it takes to successfully deliver projects on site.
You'll ideally bring: Electrical trade background – essential Proven electrical Project Management experience Commercial construction and/or multi-residential project experience Strong understanding of project financials, variations and contracts Experience leading site teams and managing multiple project priorities Confident communication with builders, clients and internal teams Experience within a Tier 2 contracting environment would be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in strong PMs from established electrical contractors who are ready for their next step.
