We're seeking a reliable Production Worker / Mixer with a current LF Forklift Licence to join a busy chemical manufacturing site in Cheltenham.
You'll be hands-on across mixing/batching, packaging, labelling and quality checks, and you'll use basic computer systems for data entry, batch tracking and label generation.
Key responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment (mixers, fillers, packaging lines) Follow batch sheets, SOPs and safety procedures accurately Mixing/batching of products and supporting packaging operations Print/apply product labels to specification and compliance requirements Complete in-process quality checks and record results correctly Basic computer use for production reporting, label printing and tracking Assist with changeovers, cleaning (incl. CIP where required) and minor maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, organised work area (5S / GMP standards) Report faults, near misses and quality concerns promptly What you'll need (essential) LF Forklift Licence Experience in manufacturing (chemical, FMCG, or similar) Strong attention to detail (labelling + documentation accuracy is critical) Basic computer skills (data entry / production systems / label printing) Ability to follow written instructions,



batch sheets and safety guidelines Physically fit (manual handling and being on your feet) Team-first attitude and clear communication Nice to have Experience working with hazardous chemicals / dangerous goods Exposure to GMP / HACCP / regulated manufacturing environments Cert III in Process Manufacturing (or similar) What's in it for you?
