You'll be joining an established contact centre team within a leading superannuation organisation.
With upcoming fund changes expected to drive an increase in member enquiries, you'll be part of a supportive team helping members navigate these changes.
What are the benefits?
$37–$38 per hour Full-time temporary opportunity through to 23 December Brisbane-based role Monday to Friday working hours Opportunity to gain valuable superannuation and financial services experience Supportive team workplace with training provided What will you be doing?
Handling inbound member enquiries via phone Providing clear and accurate information regarding fund changes Listening to members and understanding their individual needs Resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally Maintaining accurate records of member interactions Escalating more complex enquiries where required What do you need?




Previous contact centre or customer service experience Superannuation or financial services experience is highly desirable Excellent verbal communication skills Strong active listening and interpersonal skills A confident and professional telephone manner Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on delivering a positive member experience If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
