Experience – Demonstrated laboratory experience including quality control and assurance interpretation, experience with software applications, and a proven history of contributing to the delivery of high-quality pathology services.
Knowledge – Extensive knowledge of a relevant laboratory discipline; solid understanding of laboratory principles, concepts and scientific practice; and well-developed knowledge of quality procedures.
