Manager – Reporting Prioritisation Sydney candidates only / 4 days in the office A high-impact opportunity has opened for a Manager - Reporting Prioritisation to sit at the intersection of data, strategy, portfolio management and executive decision-making.
This is not a traditional reporting role.
You'll own the enterprise reporting strategy while helping senior leaders determine where the business should focus its time, investment and resources.
You'll turn data into explicit commercial insight, establish performance frameworks and bring structure to competing priorities across Technology, Product, Data, Finance and Operations.
About the role - Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and performance strategy.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and OKRs that drive better decisions.
Lead portfolio prioritisation across data, analytics, technology and business initiatives.
Assess competing initiatives based on value, customer impact, risk, regulatory requirements and capacity.
Provide concise, commercially focused reporting to Executive Leadership and Board stakeholders.
Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities and recommend action.
Establish governance frameworks around reporting, prioritisation and delivery.
Work with leadership to align organisational capacity and investment with strategic priorities.
Improve reporting quality, consistency, automation and self-service analytics.




Lead and develop a high-performing reporting and portfolio management team.
About you - You'll be a strategic, commercially minded leader who can move comfortably between data, business strategy and senior stakeholders.
You'll ideally bring: 5–10+ years' experience across reporting, analytics, strategy, portfolio management or business operations.
Strong experience presenting to executive and Board-level stakeholders.
Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of KPI, OKR and performance management frameworks.
Experience managing competing priorities and organisational resources.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving capability.
Technical toolkit - Proficiency across Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel and SQL a must.
Experience across Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric a big plus.
Exposure to Jira, DevOps, Smartsheet, Confluence and project/portfolio management will also be beneficial.
