Dayshift Monday - Friday Welshpool location Programmed Industrial Maintenance is a leading provider of maintenance, shutdown and project services to major mining and resource clients throughout Western Australia.
As our shutdown business continues to grow, we're seeking an organised and proactive Workshop Coordinator to take ownership of our Welshpool workshop including but not limited to shutdown equipment and tooling containers, equipment and inventory systems.
This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring all tooling and equipment is maintained, tracked, serviced and mobilisation-ready at all times.
You'll oversee workshop operations, inventory control, equipment compliance, logistics coordination and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Manage shutdown tooling, equipment and workshop assets Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of tooling containers Maintain inventory systems, stock levels and asset registers Coordinate equipment servicing, testing and tagging requirements ensure compliance records remain current and auditable Ensure shutdown equipment is maintained and mobilisation-ready Support freight, logistics and workshop activities Develop and improve workshop systems, procedures and processes About You Essential Previous experience in a workshop coordination, stores, logistics or inventory management role Strong understanding of mechanical shutdown tooling and equipment Experience managing inventory and asset registers High level organisational and planning skills Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Ability to work autonomously and take ownership Current and Valid High Risk Work - LF licence.




Current and valid driver's licence Desirable HR Licence Experience within mining, shutdowns or maintenance services Mechanical trade background Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems Test and Tag knowledge Experience managing respiratory equipment and welding equipment What We Offer Permanent full-time position.
