Palm Lake Care is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Support Officer to join our Bargara team. This full time role (38 hours/week) is the first point of contact for clients and sits within an established Customer Experience team dedicated to delivering personalised, high-quality care experiences.
You will engage with residents, families and referrers, promote services, and ensure smooth service setup and ongoing client satisfaction across our connected communities.
