We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi and other menu items.
Prepare ingredients including seafood, meat, vegetables, rice and sauces.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control.
Maintain a clean,



organised and hygienic kitchen workplace.
Monitor stock levels and assist with food storage and rotation.
Follow food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
