Job Description
We're partnering with a major healthcare organisation delivering a large-scale hospital expansion and are now looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to support the setup and operational readiness of a newly expanded Emergency Department.
n
This role is focused on the clinical side of ED go-live. You'll work alongside the Program Director and capital works team, taking ownership of clinical readiness, workforce coordination and safe activation of the service in a live hospital workplace.

What you'll do:

Lead clinical operational readiness for the Emergency Department setup and go-live
n
Coordinate clinical workflows, models of care and patient flow planning
n
Support commissioning and readiness activities to ensure safe, compliant activation
n
Work closely with ED clinicians, nursing leaders and operational teams
n
Coordinate workforce onboarding, training and credentialling for the expanded ED
n
Track risks,
dependencies and readiness activities across clinical workstreams
n
Support governance, reporting and issue management in the lead-up to go-live
n
Clinical background (e.g. nursing, allied health) or strong experience working directly with ED / acute clinical environments
n
Proven experience supporting ED, hospital or clinical service setup, expansion or transition
n
Solid understanding of patient flow, clinical operations and safety in emergency settings
n
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams
n
Someone calm, organised and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
n
